New Jersey High School Basketball - Voorhees crushes Sussex County Tech
January 28, 2023: Glen Gardner, NJ 08826 Voorhees Vikings (Glen Gardner, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sussex County Tech (Sparta, NJ), 65-24 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Voorhees upgrades its record to 4-10 on the season. The Vikings travel to Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 9-8. Watchung Hills Regional lost 50-36 in their recent non-league bout against Hoboken (Hoboken, NJ)
Next up, the clash with the Parsippany Redhawks (Parsippany, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Sussex County Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Redhawks go into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 55-40 non-league loss to Morris Hills (Rockaway, NJ).
