New Mexico High School Basketball - Santa Teresa crushes Hot Springs
January 28, 2023: Truth or Consequences, NM 87901 Santa Teresa Desert Warriors (Santa Teresa, NM) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Hot Springs Tigers (Truth or Consequences, NM), 50-27 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Santa Teresa upgrades its record to 8-0 on the season. The Desert Warriors travel to Silver (Silver City, NM) to clash with the Fighting Colts in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Fighting Colts go into the bout with a record of 1-3.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Socorro Warriors (Socorro, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Hot Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record.
