The Menahga Braves basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Chisholm Bluestreaks to 50 in the Braves non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Braves now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host New York Mills for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 31. Menahga will meet a Eagles team coming off a 56-49 non-league loss to Frazee (Frazee, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 9-7.

The Bluestreaks (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hill City/Northland (Hill City, MN). The enter the A Section 7 contest with a 2-9 record.
