The Frazee Hornets basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting New York Mills Eagles to 49 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hornets now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton for a AA Section 8 contest on Thursday, February 2. Frazee will battle a Rebels team coming off a 43-40 non-league win over Kindred (Kindred, ND). The Rebels record now stands at 7-9.

The Eagles (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Menahga (Menahga, MN). The Braves enter the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Menahga nudged Chisholm (Chisholm, MN), 59-50, in a non-league contest.
