South Dakota High School Basketball - Chamberlain trounced by Madison
January 28, 2025: Madison, SD 57042 Madison Bulldogs (Madison, SD) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Chamberlain Cubs (Chamberlain, SD), 63-37 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Madison advances its record to 6-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Pipestone (Pipestone, MN) to face the Arrows in a non-league match on Thursday, January 30. The Arrows enter the match with a record of 5-11. Pipestone lost 65-40 in their recent league match against Jackson County Central (Jackson, MN)
The Cubs now own a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mobridge-Pollock for a A Region 6 match on Friday, January 31. Chamberlain will face a Tigers squad coming off a 55-41 non-league win over Sioux Valley (Volga, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 7-4.
