South Dakota High School Basketball - Redfield bested by Hitchcock-Tulare
January 28, 2025: Redfield, SD 57469 Hitchcock-Tulare Patriots (Tulare, SD) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Redfield Pheasants (Redfield, SD), 65-50 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Hitchcock-Tulare advances its record to 5-7 on the year. The Patriots travel to Sully Buttes (Onida, SD) to face the Chargers in a non-league match on Thursday, January 30. The Chargers enter the match with a record of 6-4. Sully Buttes won 43-40 in their recent non-league match against Stanley County (Fort Pierre, SD)
The Pheasants now own a 0-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clark/Willow Lake for a non-league match on Friday, January 31. Redfield will face a Cyclones squad coming off a 70-46 league win over Great Plains Lutheran (Watertown, SD). The Cyclones record now stands at 13-2.
