The Horizon Honors Eagles were victorious over the host Tempe Prep Knights basketball squad by a final score of 52-38 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Eagles face the Arizona Lutheran Academy Coyotes (Phoenix, AZ) in a 2A Valley outing, on Friday, January 31. Horizon Honors will attempt to upgrade on its 13-8 season record. The Coyotes enter the outing with a 15-7 record after their 59-32 league win over ALA - Anthem South (Florence, AZ).

The Knights (12-3) will now prepare for their outing against North Valley Christian Academy (Phoenix, AZ). The Lions enter the non-league outing with a 14-5 record. In their last outing, North Valley Christian Academy ran past Trivium Prep (Goodyear, AZ), 89-25, in a league outing.
