In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Richfield Spartans basketball team scored a good 83-71 win over the Mound-Westonka White Hawks.

The Spartans (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Fridley (Fridley, MN). The Tigers come into the AAA Section 5 contest with a 4-9 record.
