Louisiana High School Basketball - Port Barre victorious over Northside Christian
January 28, 2025: Crowley, LA 70526 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Port Barre Red Devils basketball team scored a good 43-23 triumph over the Northside Christian Warriors.
The Red Devils (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against Avoyelles (Moreauville, LA). The Mustangs go into the 2A District 5 contest with a 16-11 record. In their last contest, Avoyelles topped St. Joseph's - Plaucheville (Plaucheville, LA), 40-36, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the V.B. Glencoe Charter Gators (Franklin, LA) in a C District 6 contest, on Friday, January 31. Northside Christian will attempt to better on its 8-13 season record. The Gators go into the contest with a 0-12 record after their 73-26 non-league loss to Berwick (Berwick, LA).
