The Veritas School Lions basketball squad (Richmond, VA), was crushed 55-32 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Randolph-Macon Academy Yellow Jackets (Front Royal, VA)

With the victory, Randolph-Macon Academy advances its record to 11-1 on the year. The Yellow Jackets host Quantico (Quantico, VA) to meet the Warriors in a Greater Piedmont battle on Friday, January 31. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 2-6. Quantico lost 66-25 in their recent league battle against Wakefield School (The Plains, VA)

The Lions now own a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spirit HomeSchool for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 30.
