With the victory, Port Allen advances its record to 5-12 on the year. The Pelicans travel to University Lab (Baton Rouge, LA) to face the Cubs in a 3A District 6 match on Friday, January 31. The Cubs enter the match with a record of 18-2. University Lab lost 49-45 in their recent league match against Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA)
The now own a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parkview Baptist for a 3A District 6 match on Wednesday, January 29. Collegiate will face a Eagles squad coming off a 56-44 non-league loss to Woodlawn-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 14-6.
