Oregon High School Basketball - South Salem holds off Lakeridge
January 28, 2025: Lake Oswego, OR 97034 The South Salem Saxons basketball team scored 40 points and limited the host Lakeridge Pacers to 34 in the Saxons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Saxons now have a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Sprague for a 6A Central Valley game on Friday, January 31. South Salem will confront a Olympians team coming off a 63-55 league win over McNary (Keizer, OR). The Olympians record now stands at 8-9.
With the loss, Lakeridge falls to 5-10 on the campaign. The Pacers host Lake Oswego (Lake Oswego, OR) to confront the Lakers in a 6A Three Rivers game on Friday, January 31. The Lakers go into the game with a record of 8-7. Lake Oswego lost 52-30 in their recent league game against Oregon City (Oregon City, OR)
