In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Parkersburg Big Reds basketball team scored a good 61-52 win over the Wheeling Park Patriots.

The Big Reds (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Capital (Charleston, WV). The Cougars come into the Mountain State contest with a 3-9 record.

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Union Local Jets (Belmont, OH) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 30. Wheeling Park will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record.
