January 28, 2025: Flint, MI 48505 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Powers Catholic Chargers (Flint, MI) and the visiting Grand Blanc Bobcats (Grand Blanc, MI), witnessed Powers Catholic's ice hockey team defeat Grand Blanc by a final score of 9-1.
The Chargers (14-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Houghton (Houghton, MI). The Gremlins come into the non-league challenge with a 12-6 record. In their last challenge, Houghton beat University Liggett (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI), 5-2, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bobcats battle the East Kentwood Falcons (Kentwood, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 31. Grand Blanc will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record.
