Arizona High School Soccer - Campo Verde knocks off Mountain Pointe
January 28, 2025: Gilbert, AZ 85297 The Campo Verde Coyotes (Gilbert, AZ) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ), 4-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Coyotes now hold a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Arizona College Prep for a 4A East Sky challenge on Tuesday, February 4. Campo Verde will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 13-4.
With the loss, Mountain Pointe moves to 3-6 on the year. The Pride travel to Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ) to encounter the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 31. The Huskies go into the challenge with a record of 4-8. Horizon lost 2-1 in their recent league challenge against Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ)
