Nebraska High School Basketball - North Platte overwhelms Alliance

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the North Platte Bulldogs (North Platte, NE) and the host Alliance Bulldogs (Alliance, NE), saw North Platte's basketball squad wallop Alliance by a tally of 68-38.

With the victory, North Platte improves its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Pius X (Lincoln, NE) to confront the Thunderbolts in a A District TBD challenge on Tuesday, February 1. The Thunderbolts come into the challenge with a record of 12-6. Pius X won 87-71 in their recent league challenge against Burke (Omaha, NE)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Chadron Cardinals (Chadron, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 1. Alliance will attempt to improve on its 5-13 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 64-56 non-league win over Sidney (Sidney, NE).
