Ohio High School Basketball - Cedarville fells Franklin Monroe
January 29, 2022: Pitsburg, OH 45358 Cedarville Indians (Cedarville, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Franklin Monroe Jets (Pitsburg, OH), 46-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cedarville upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Indians host Greenon (Springfield, OH) to clash with the Knights in a Ohio Heritage bout on Friday, February 4. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 11-6. Greenon lost 70-61 in their recent non-league game against Kenton Ridge (Springfield, OH)
With the defeat, Franklin Monroe moves to 8-10 on the year. The Jets travel to National Trail (New Paris, OH) to face the Blazers in a Western Ohio game on Friday, February 4. The Blazers enter the game with a record of 3-13. National Trail won 59-28 in their recent non-league game against Miami Valley (Dayton, OH)
