Ohio High School Basketball - Lakota West routs Milford

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Lakota West Firebirds (West Chester, OH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Milford Eagles (Milford, OH), by a margin of 71-35.

The Firebirds (10-8) will now prepare for their outing against Colerain (Cincinnati, OH). The Cardinals go into the Greater Miami outing with a 0-17 record. In their last outing, Colerain was trounced by Hamilton (Hamilton, OH), 55-35, in a league outing.

The Eagles now own a 2-14 record. They play next when they host West Clermont for a Eastern Cincinnati outing on Tuesday, February 1. Milford will clash with a Wolves squad coming off a 51-43 non-league loss to Hughes (Cincinnati, OH). The Wolves record now stands at 2-12.
