California High School Soccer - El Cajon Valley nudges Liberty Charter
January 29, 2022: El Cajon, CA 92021 El Cajon Valley Braves (El Cajon, CA) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Liberty Charter Lions (Lemon Grove, CA), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Braves confront the Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA) in a Grossmont Valley challenge, on Saturday, February 5. El Cajon Valley will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record.
The Lions now have a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to High Tech Mesa for a non-league challenge on Monday, January 31. Liberty Charter will confront a Thunder team coming off a 1-0 league win over King-Chavez Community (San Diego, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 4-3.
