Quality Education Academy Fighting Pharaohs (Winston-Salem, NC) backers were in high spirits Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Minnesota Prep Academy Diplomat Lions (Brooklyn Park, MN), 57-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Quality Education Academy upgrades its record to 20-8 on the season. The Fighting Pharaohs travel to Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC) to play the Bobcats in a CAASC Central Carolina - East bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 26-5. Piedmont Classical lost 77-68 in their recent league bout against New Life Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC)

Next up, the Diplomat Lions play the Shining Star Sports Academy Panthers (Petersburg, VA) in a non-league bout, on Sunday, February 5. Minnesota Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
