Michigan High School Basketball - River Valley ripped by Berrien Springs
January 29, 2024: Berrien Springs, MI 49103 The Berrien Springs Shamrocks basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting River Valley Mustangs to 28 in the Shamrocks non-league triumph on Monday.
The Shamrocks now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bridgman for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Berrien Springs will battle a Bees team coming off a 52-50 league loss to Coloma (Coloma, MI). The Bees record now stands at 9-5.
The Mustangs (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Covert (Covert, MI). The Bulldogs enter the Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph - White contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Covert was routed by Countryside Academy (Benton Harbor, MI), 68-57, in a league contest.
