New York High School Basketball - Irondequoit overwhelms Brockport
January 29, 2024: Brockport, NY 14420 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Irondequoit Eagles (Rochester, NY) and the host Brockport Blue Devils (Brockport, NY), saw Irondequoit's basketball squad wallop Brockport by a tally of 89-38.
With the victory, Irondequoit improves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Webster Thomas (Webster, NY) to confront the Titans in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 31. The Titans come into the contest with a record of 1-6. Webster Thomas lost 50-46 in their recent non-league contest against Webster Schroeder (Webster, NY)
The Blue Devils (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Canandaigua Academy (Canandaigua, NY). The Braves come into the Section 5 Monroe 3 contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, Canandaigua Academy triumphed over Batavia (Batavia, NY), 65-47, in a non-league contest.
