January 29, 2024: New Rochelle, NY 10801 The Carmel Rams basketball team (Carmel, NY), was overwhelmed 73-20 in Monday's non-league battle with the host New Rochelle Huguenots (New Rochelle, NY)
The Huguenots now possess a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harrison for a Section 1 Conference 2D battle on Friday, February 2. New Rochelle will battle a Huskies team coming off a 47-46 league win over Scarsdale (Scarsdale, NY). The Huskies record now stands at 7-9.
The Rams (4-10) will now prepare for their battle against John Jay (Hopewell Junction, NY). The Patriots come into the Section 1 Conference 1A battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, John Jay was overwhelmed by Ossining (Ossining, NY), 54-53, in a non-league battle.
