January 29, 2024: Taylor, AR 71861 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Hampton Bulldogs (Hampton, AR) and the host Taylor Tigers (Taylor, AR), saw Hampton's basketball squad overcome Taylor by a tally of 78-62.
With the victory, Hampton improves its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Hermitage (Hermitage, AR) to confront the Hermits in a 1A Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Hermits come into the challenge with a record of 2-16. Hermitage lost 87-54 in their recent league challenge against Dermott (Dermott, AR)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Lafayette County Cougars (Stamps, AR) in a 1A Region 7 challenge, on Wednesday, January 31. Taylor will attempt to improve on its 9-13 season record.
