January 29, 2024: Johnsburg, IL 60050 The Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Marian Central Catholic Hurricanes (Woodstock, IL), 91-71 in Monday's non-league test.
The Skyhawks (12-12) will now prepare for their test against Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL). The Thunder go into the Kishwaukee River test with a 8-13 record. In their last test, Woodstock North went down by Plano (Plano, IL), 71-48, in a league test.
The Hurricanes now own a 3-20 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop McNamara for a Chicagoland Christian test on Tuesday, January 30. Marian Central Catholic will encounter a Fightin' Irish squad coming off a 41-35 league win over Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL). The Fightin' Irish record now stands at 14-7.
