The North Star Cougars basketball team (Boswell, PA), was toppled 37-28 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Glendale Vikings (Flinton, PA)

The Vikings now possess a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Penns Manor for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 30. Glendale will confront a Comets team coming off a 39-23 league win over Homer-Center (Homer City, PA). The Comets record now stands at 16-3.

The Cougars (3-15) will now prepare for their battle against Meyersdale (Meyersdale, PA). The Red Raiders come into the Inter County - West battle with a 5-13 record. In their last battle, Meyersdale was toppled by Blacklick Valley (Nanty Glo, PA), 55-28, in a non-league battle.
