Iowa High School Basketball - Winterset tipped by Harlan
January 29, 2024: Winterset, IA 50273 The Harlan Cyclones basketball team scored 38 points and held the host Winterset Huskies to 34 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cyclones now sport a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kuemper for a Hawkeye Ten contest on Thursday, February 1. Harlan will meet a Knights team coming off a 61-37 non-league win over Grand View Christian (Des Moines, IA). The Knights record now stands at 6-12.
The Huskies (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against North Polk (Alleman, IA). The Comets enter the Raccoon River contest with a 16-2 record. In their last contest, North Polk nudged Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA), 51-48, in a non-league contest.
