Florida High School Basketball - Boyd Anderson can't hold off Taravella
January 29, 2024: Coral Springs, FL 33071 The Taravella Trojans basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Boyd Anderson Cobras to 48 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Monday.
The Trojans now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stoneman Douglas for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 31. Taravella will battle a Eagles team coming off a 52-40 non-league loss to Piper (Sunrise, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 9-5.
The Cobras (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Key West (Key West, FL). The Conchs enter the non-league contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Key West was nudged by Coral Reef (Miami, FL), 71-50, in a non-league contest.
