Ohio High School Basketball - Bluffton crushes Elmwood
January 29, 2025: Bloomdale, OH 44817 The Bluffton Pirates (Bluffton, OH) basketball crushed the host Elmwood Royals (Bloomdale, OH), 63-27 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Pirates now possess a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Spencerville for a Northwest bout on Friday, January 31. Bluffton will play a Bearcats team coming off a 65-61 non-league win over St. John's (Delphos, OH). The Bearcats record now stands at 15-1.
With the loss, Elmwood falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Royals travel to St. Joseph Central Catholic (Fremont, OH) to play the Crimson Streaks in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. The Crimson Streaks go into the bout with a record of 1-15. St. Joseph Central Catholic lost 53-29 in their recent league bout against St. Mary Central Catholic (Sandusky, OH)
