The Tecumseh Braves basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Springs Valley Blackhawks to 57 in the Braves non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Braves now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Washington for a Pocket game on Friday, January 31. Tecumseh will confront a Hatchets team coming off a 70-28 league win over Pike Central (Petersburg, IN). The Hatchets record now stands at 11-3.

With the loss, Springs Valley falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Blackhawks travel to Eastern (Pekin, IN) to confront the Musketeers in a non-league game on Friday, January 31.
