January 29, 2025: Bel Air, MD 21015 John Carroll Patriots (Bel Air, MD) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Bryn Mawr Mawrtians (Baltimore, MD), 49-37 in a league match.
With the victory, John Carroll upgrades its record to 14-3 on the year. The Patriots host Indian Creek (Crownsville, MD) to face the Eagles in a IAAM B match on Friday, January 31. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 10-6. Indian Creek won 60-34 in their recent league match against Gerstell Academy (Finksburg, MD)
The Mawrtians now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Paul's Girls for a IAAM B match on Friday, January 31. Bryn Mawr will face a Gators squad coming off a 36-34 league loss to Mount de Sales Academy (Catonsville, MD). The Gators record now stands at 4-7.
