Iowa High School Basketball - Humboldt crushes Belmond-Klemme
January 3, 2022: Belmond, IA 50421 Humboldt Wildcats (Humboldt, IA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Belmond-Klemme Broncos (Belmond, IA), 61-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Humboldt upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Garner-Hayfield/Ventura (Garner, IA) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 4. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Garner-Hayfield/Ventura won 52-7 in their recent non-league bout against Eagle Grove (Eagle Grove, IA)
Next up, the Broncos clash with the West Hancock Eagles (Britt, IA) in a North Iowa bout, on Tuesday, January 4. Belmond-Klemme will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
