January 3, 2022: New Orleans, LA 70117 Holy Cross Tigers (New Orleans, LA) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting St. Martin's Episcopal Saints (Metairie, LA), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers confront the Caddo Magnet Mustangs (Shreveport, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 8. Holy Cross will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 16-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, LA).
The Saints now possess a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Chalmette for a non-league challenge on Friday, January 7. St. Martin's Episcopal will confront a Owls team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over L.W. Higgins (Marrero, LA). The Owls record now stands at 5-3.
