The Hornets (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Wadena-Deer Creek (Wadena, MN). The Wolverines go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Wadena-Deer Creek notched a victory over New York Mills (New York Mills, MN), 74-52, in a non-league test.
The Battlers now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Underwood for a A Section 6 test on Thursday, January 5. Battle Lake will encounter a Rockets squad coming off a 61-58 league win over Park Christian (Moorhead, MN). The Rockets record now stands at 4-2.
