Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Henderson tipped by Bayard Rustin
January 3, 2023: West Chester, PA 19382 The Bayard Rustin Golden Knights basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Henderson Warriors to 52 in the Golden Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Golden Knights now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Great Valley for a Ches-Mont - American contest on Thursday, January 5. Bayard Rustin will meet a Patriots team coming off a 81-57 non-league loss to Pottstown (Pottstown, PA). The Patriots record now stands at 5-4.
The Warriors (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Coatesville (Coatesville, PA). The Red Raiders enter the Ches-Mont - National contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Coatesville nudged Springfield (Springfield, PA), 39-36, in a non-league contest.
