Wisconsin High School Basketball - Belleville crushes Monticello
January 3, 2023: Monticello, WI 53570 Belleville Wildcats (Belleville, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Monticello Ponies (Monticello, WI), 70-18 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Belleville upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Wildcats host Wisconsin Heights (Mazomanie, WI) to clash with the Vanguards in a Capitol - South bout on Friday, January 6. The Vanguards go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Wisconsin Heights won 100-92 in their recent non-league bout against River Valley (Spring Green, WI)
Next up, the Ponies clash with the Pecatonica Vikings (Blanchardville, WI) in a Six Rivers - East bout, on Friday, January 6. Monticello will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 58-36 non-league win over Belmont (Belmont, WI).
