With the victory, Leadership Academy improves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Falcons host Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC) to confront the Villains in a 1A Conference 32 challenge on Friday, January 6. The Villains come into the challenge with a record of 9-4. Bishop McGuinness lost 55-52 in their recent non-league challenge against The Burlington School (Burlington, NC)
Next up, the Wolves confront the Winston-Salem Prep Phoenix (Winston-Salem, NC) in a 1A Conference 32 challenge, on Friday, January 6. Bethany will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Phoenix come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 85-42 non-league loss to Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC).
