The Panhandle Panthers basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Canadian Wildcats to 29 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dalhart for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6.

The Wildcats (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Gruver (Gruver, TX). The Greyhounds come into the non-league contest with a 13-9 record. In their last contest, Gruver prevailed over Vega (Vega, TX), 43-42, in a non-league contest.
