Delaware High School Basketball - DuPont nips Conrad Science
January 3, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19807 DuPont Tigers (Wilmington, DE) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Conrad Science Red Wolves (Wilmington, DE), 57-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, DuPont upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Christiana (Newark, DE) to play the Vikings in a Blue Hen Flight - B bout on Friday, January 6. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Christiana lost 61-46 in their recent non-league bout against Delcastle Technical (Wilmington, DE)
Next up, the Red Wolves play the Delaware Military Academy Seahawks (Wilmington, DE) in a Diamond State bout, on Thursday, January 5. Conrad Science will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Seahawks go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 58-43 non-league loss to St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE).
