Washington High School Basketball - Highland overwhelmed by Riverside Christian
January 3, 2023: Cowiche, WA 98923 The Riverside Christian Crusaders basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Highland Scots to 32 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Crusaders now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilson Creek for a 1B Central Washington contest on Wednesday, January 4. Riverside Christian will battle a Devils team coming off a 43-40 league win over Pateros (Pateros, WA). The Devils record now stands at 1-1.
The Scots (0-9) will now prepare for their contest against Granger (Granger, WA). The Spartans come into the 2B Eastern Washington - West contest with a 0-9 record. In their last contest, Granger was routed by Cashmere (Cashmere, WA), 83-41, in a non-league contest.
