Illinois High School Basketball - Perspectives Leadership/Technology nips Normal West

January 3, 2023: Normal, IL 61761

Perspectives Leadership/Technology Warriors (Chicago, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Normal West Wildcats (Normal, IL), 52-49 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Perspectives Leadership/Technology upgrades its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Lyons (LaGrange, IL) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 7. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 11-1. Lyons lost 56-42 in their recent non-league bout against Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Manual Rams (Peoria, IL) in a Big Twelve bout, on Friday, January 6. Normal West will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 59-14 non-league win over Canton (Canton, IL).
