New Jersey High School Basketball - Summit nudges Princeton Day
January 3, 2023: Princeton, NJ 08540 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) basketball squad edged the host Princeton Day Panthers (Princeton, NJ), by a count of 53-48.
The Hilltoppers (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Cranford (Cranford, NJ). The Cougars go into the Union County outing with a 1-5 record.
The Panthers now hold a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pennington for a non-league match on Friday, January 6. Princeton Day will meet a Red Raiders team coming off a 56-49 non-league loss to Shipley (Bryn Mawr, PA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 5-4.
