January 3, 2023: Cherokee, KS 66724 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Southeast Lancers (Cherokee, KS) and the visiting St. Paul Indians (St. Paul, KS), saw Southeast's basketball squad knock off St. Paul by a tally of 62-50.
With the victory, Southeast improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Northeast (Arma, KS) to play the Vikings in a Three Rivers challenge on Friday, January 6. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Northeast lost 51-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Pleasanton (Pleasanton, KS)
Next up, the Indians play the Pleasanton Blu-Jays (Pleasanton, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 6. St. Paul will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Blu-Jays come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 51-46 non-league win over Northeast (Arma, KS).
