January 3, 2023: Turner, OR 97392 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Marist Spartans (Eugene, OR) and the host Cascade Cougars (Turner, OR), saw Marist's basketball squad overcome Cascade by a tally of 50-35.
With the victory, Marist improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Spartans host Henley (Klamath Falls, OR) to confront the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 6. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 7-6. Henley lost 60-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Banks (Banks, OR)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Crook County Cowboys (Prineville, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Cascade will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record.
