January 3, 2023: Gladwin, MI 48624 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Gladwin Flying G's (Gladwin, MI) and the visiting Glenn Bobcats (Bay City, MI), saw Gladwin's basketball squad hold off Glenn by a tally of 39-36.
With the victory, Gladwin improves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Flying G's host Pinconning (Pinconning, MI) to play the Spartans in a Jack Pine challenge on Friday, January 6. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 0-6. Pinconning lost 65-5 in their recent league challenge against Clare (Clare, MI)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Alma Panthers (Alma, MI) in a Tri-Valley - East challenge, on Friday, January 6. Glenn will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 47-35 non-league win over Shepherd (Shepherd, MI).
