Ohio High School Basketball - Wynford nudges Ontario
January 3, 2023: Bucyrus, OH 44820 Wynford Royals (Bucyrus, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Ontario Warriors (Mansfield, OH), 46-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Wynford upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Royals travel to Buckeye Central (New Washington, OH) to clash with the Bucks in a Freelance bout on Friday, January 6. The Bucks go into the bout with a record of 11-1. Buckeye Central won 57-15 in their recent non-league bout against Edison (Milan, OH)
Next up, the Warriors clash with the Shelby Whippets (Shelby, OH) in a Mid-Ohio bout, on Friday, January 6. Ontario will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Whippets go into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 48-46 league win over Clear Fork (Bellville, OH).
