California High School Basketball - Terra Nova ripped by Piedmont Hills
January 3, 2023: San Jose, CA 95132 The Piedmont Hills Pirates basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Terra Nova Tigers to 47 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Pirates now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Silver Creek for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 5. Piedmont Hills will meet a Raiders team coming off a 54-51 non-league loss to Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA). The Raiders record now stands at 4-4.
The Tigers (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA). The Fightin' Irish enter the non-league contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory triumphed over Carondelet (Concord, CA), 58-56, in a non-league contest.
