January 3, 2023: Roswell, NM 88203 The Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM) basketball crushed the visiting Lovington Wildcats (Lovington, NM), 64-43 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Coyotes (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Mayfield walloped Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM), 50-37, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Taos for a non-league test on Thursday, January 5. Lovington will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 39-37 non-league loss to Gallup (Gallup, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 5-2.
