Michigan High School Basketball - Arbor Prep nudges Gabriel Richard
January 3, 2024: Ypsilanti, MI 48197 Arbor Prep Gators (Ypsilanti, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Gabriel Richard Fighting Irish (Ann Arbor, MI), 64-61 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Arbor Prep upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Gators host Adrian (Adrian, MI) to clash with the Maples in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Maples go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Adrian won 81-38 in their recent non-league bout against Muskegon Heights (Muskegon Heights, MI)
Next up, the Fighting Irish clash with the Hackett Catholic Prep Fighting Irish (Kalamazoo, MI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Gabriel Richard will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Fighting Irish go into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 57-53 non-league loss to Dowagiac (Dowagiac, MI).
