California High School Basketball - Moreno Valley overwhelms Collins Family
January 3, 2024: Huntington Park, CA 90255 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Moreno Valley Vikings (Moreno Valley, CA) and the host Collins Family Jaguars (Huntington Park, CA), saw Moreno Valley's basketball squad wallop Collins Family by a tally of 86-17.
With the victory, Moreno Valley improves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Bell (Bell, CA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Bell won 51-47 in their recent non-league challenge against View Park (Los Angeles, CA)
Next up, the Jaguars confront the ESAT Grizzlies (Los Angeles, CA) in a Eastside challenge, on Monday, January 8. Collins Family will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 43-34 league win over CALS Early College (Los Angeles, CA).
